Privacy
Preparation build. Debug builds connect to the Wainu-test service in Frankfurt, Germany. Publisher details, retention terms and the contact mailbox still require confirmation before public release.
Your choices
You can play the bundled game without an online account. Online play is optional and uses a guest account with a random identifier. We do not ask for a phone number or email to play.
On your iPhone
Language, settings, progress, revealed places, reminders and offline reports are stored on your device. The widget receives only language, available dates and score summaries. iCloud sync and Game Center are disabled in this build.
When you choose online play
The service stores your guest identifier, nickname, selected club, game attempts, virtual map guesses, scores, timestamps, invitations, friend relationships, group and room memberships, blocks and reports. These support gameplay, scoring, safety and error correction. Map guesses are answers to a quiz; Wainu does not request your real location or address book.
Who can see it
Other members can see nicknames and scores in their groups or rooms. Friend requests require acceptance. A person with a challenge or invitation link can use that link. Share links only with people you choose; group hosts can replace invitation codes. The Fan League displays club aggregates.
Service providers
Online play is designed to use Supabase for accounts, database storage and account deletion. Server and network providers may process IP addresses and technical logs. The production region, provider retention periods and any international transfer arrangements must be stated before online launch.
Retention and deletion
Online game records remain in the service until account deletion or an applicable retention process. Delete the guest account from Friends → Delete online account to remove its active database records; your own offline progress remains. The operator must confirm backup and technical log retention before launch. This guest account has no recovery email, so do not remove access before requesting deletion.
Your controls
You can change your nickname, remove friends, leave groups, block players, report content and delete your online account. For access, a copy, correction or other privacy requests, the verified support contact will be published before launch. Local question reports stay on this phone until you choose to share them.
No advertising tracking
Wainu contains no advertising SDK or cross-app tracking. Sharing happens through the share sheet you open. Local reminder permission is optional and can be changed in iPhone Settings. Links to fact sources open external websites with their own policies.
